What is the best way to use the method before sleep?

If you wake up in pain and feel as though I have to stay on your back, I suggest you do some breathing and/or ball placements before you go to sleep. Bring the ball in bed with you and start with ‘neck on the ball’ and ‘open mouth breathing.’  This is a great way to reduce your muscle tension so that you wake up with less stiffness.
